Welcome to LeadsUmbrella ("Service", "Platform", "Product"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Service operated by Lead Snap ("we", "us", "our"), headquartered in India.
By accessing or using the Service available at https://www.leadsumbrella.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement. By using LeadsUmbrella, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts & Registration
- To access certain features, you must register and create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of Service
You agree not to:
- a) misuse or interfere with proper functioning of the Platform;
- b) attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or replicate the Service;
- c) use the Service for spam, illegal activity, or unauthorized data collection;
- d) host content that is harmful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, or violates law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe misuse or violation of Terms has occurred.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
- Certain features of LeadsUmbrella may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. LeadsUmbrella does not store credit card information.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually as applicable) unless cancelled.
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may modify pricing and will notify customers prior to any changes.
5. Free Trials & Cancellation
- If offered, free trials are provided solely for evaluation.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
- Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not refund past charges.
- Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period after cancellation.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All technology, software, branding, content, code, UI/UX designs, and intellectual property associated with LeadsUmbrella are owned by Lead Snap.
- Nothing grants you ownership rights. You receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.
7. Data & Privacy
- Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using LeadsUmbrella, you consent to collection and use of data necessary to operate and improve the Service.
- We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but no platform is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Availability of Service
- We aim to provide reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without liability.
9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
- LeadsUmbrella may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, analytics, payment gateways).
- We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, limits, or issues caused by third-party providers beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Lead Snap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of data/damages resulting from use of the Service.
- Total liability for any claim will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
You agree to use the Service at your own discretion.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent/abusive use.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or cancelling your subscription.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform may be revoked. Data may be retained/deleted as per policy.
12. Refund Policy
- Digital services are non-refundable unless legally required or explicitly offered by us in writing.
- Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted as per the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
14. Amendments
- We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective once published on the website.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
